We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once your order has been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim regarding any transit issues.

All orders require 7 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping timeframes may vary based on carrier and destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Ethereal Strands by Zah Luxee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may extend beyond the standard 7 business days.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your shipping cost.
